Children's Health Advocacy, Research, Medical Education and Development, Incorporated (CHARMED, Incorporated) was first established in 1992, but was named The Dominion-Life Foundation. Due to our continued growth, success, and as the nature of our services evolved, the non-profit organization was split into two parts and became C.H.A.R.M.E.D., Incorporated, and V1ST.ORG (Veterans First). Both work hand in hand to support one another and their respective clients.
